Abstract This resolution is composed of 5 articles. Articles 1 and 2 impose on producers and importers of foodstuffs to abide by expiry periods provided for in the Egyptian Standardization and Metrology. Article 3 imposes on producers and importers of foodstuffs to write production dates on labels. Article 4 gives importers and producers of foodstuffs 6 months to regulate their positions.
