Abstract

The Resolution provides that slaughtering animals for meat and selling it is permitted only in slaughterhouses under the veterinary-sanitary supervision. The document consists of four articles: General rules (1); Requirements imposed on the territory of a slaughterhouse (2); Structure of slaughterhouses (3); and Veterinary-sanitary requirements imposed on slaughterhouses (4). The Resolution requires that in each administrative unit of the country, at least one slaughterhouse must exist.
