This Resolution enters into force on 20 January 2001.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The registration of applications and sample analysis of pesticides, medical food, cosmetics and medicines intented for the exportation are to be subject to the pre-established measures and dates (art. 1). The Departments in charge for implementing this Resolution are: Centre of Medical Policy and Planning, National Commission for Control on Medicinal research and the Central Department for Pharmaceutical Affairs (art. 2).
