Abstract

This Resolution approves the technical regulation on cocoa and chocolate intended for human consumption. It consists of ten articles: Scope of regulation (1); Purpose and scope of application (2); Object of regulation (3); Requirements on cocoa and chocolate product names (4); Terms for placing on the market of cocoa and chocolate products intended for huma consumption (5); Voluntary (non-compulsory) ingredients (6); Calculating the percentages (7); Requirements on business operators (8); Special requirements on providing information to consumers (9); and Conformity assessment (10).
