It consists of eight chapters: General provisions (I); Amount of subsistence assistance, and granting and issuing the assistance (II); Rights and duties of families receiving subsistence assistance and the competent bodies of administration of subsistence assistance (III); Amount of reintegration assistance and compensation for foster care (III-2); Amount of monthly assistance for refugees, internally displaced person and persons with a humanitarian status (III-3); Principles for granting compensation for foster care (III-4); Principles for compensation of foster care of adults (III-5); and Transitional and final provisions (IV). The targeted social assistance under this rules is cash assistance which aims to aid the families in the extreme form of poverty as identified in the Database of Socially Vulnerable Families, as well as to reduce and prevent the extreme form poverty in the country.
