Articles 1 and 2 delimit boundaries of the protected area and divide it in zones. Article 3 deals with objectives of justifications of the creation of the protected area, which are: extinction of some species in the zone and rarity of plan species; the zone is exposed to natural and human dangers and menaces; the decline of the forestry and environmental system; creation of suitable conditions for the natural regeneration and renewal; and, protection of wildlife and landscapes. Article 4 prohibits all human activities for 10 years and to cut through of roads and streets. Article 5 allows the following activities: scientific research; environmental tourism after 10 years of protection; and, repopulation of the protected zone with local natural species.
