Abstract This Resolution, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, approves the second National Environmental Action Plan (PANA II from 2004 to 2014), defining the overall national policy to be implemented for environment protection. The Programme provides a clear and precise overview of current environmental situation in Cape Verde, identifying priority environmental problems, and providing implementation strategies.
