Abstract

This Resolution approves the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change which aims to limit or reduce greenhouse gas emissions adopted in Kyoto on 11 December 1997. This Protocol consists of 28 articles one Annex and the text of the Protocol in its original Portuguese translation. The Kyoto Protocol implements the objective of the UNFCCC to fight global warming by reducing greenhouse gas emission in the atmosphere to a level that would prevent dangerous anthropog
