Planting of certain seasonal crops is excluded from this provision (art. 1a). The requirement laid down in article 1a concerns water share. Cultivation of lands without a water share shall commence one year after the allocation of a water share has taken place (art. 1b). Non-compliance with the requirement may bring about the modification of the lease contract (art. 2). Article 3 lists penalties for the contravention of this Resolution. The Minister of Agriculture and the Amin Baghdad shall issue instructions to facilitate the execution of this Resolution according to its competencies (art. 4). (5 articles) Full text English
