Abstract

This Resolution provides the rules for carrying out public safety work, types of services and fees thereof by the Emergency Management Agency of Georgia organized as a legal entity under public law within the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Rules and terms for the payment of fees (3); Types, deadlines and fees for the services provided by the Agency (4); and Rules for refunding of paid fees (5). The services provided by the Agency include services in fire safety, prevention of and responding to disasters, responding to fires, and rescue services in waters.
