Abstract This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Fresh or frozen fish shall be transported and distributed to markets and retailers in proper packages and by means of transportation that respect hygienic requirements (art. 1). The sale, preservation and exhibition of fresh or frozen fish shall be carried out in glass door refrigerators or in iceboxes (art. 2) Alive fish shall be transported in clean metal or glass aquariums by car from the place of production to the place of sale and distribution (art. 3). Transgressors shall be punished by Law No. 158/1960 on repression of deceit and fraud and amendments issued by Law No. 47/2001 (art. 5). Full text Arabic
