This Resolution enters into force on 13 April 2004.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Articles 1-4 impose on all persons living in UAE to immediately inform the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, quarantine centres, veterinary surgeons, Municipal Offices and any Police Stations about animals infected by diseases. Article 5 lists diseases to be communicated to the aforementioned ministries, offices and authorities. Article 6 entrusts the Animal Wealth Department to implement this Resolution in cooperation with the concerned authorities.
