Abstract

This Resolution provides rules for creating, organizing and functioning of free industrial zones (FIZ). It consists of 10 articles: General provisions (1); Authority to request to create and to decide to create a FIZ (2); Creation of a FIZ at the request of an organizer (3); Launch and cessation of operation of a FIZ (4); State services and supervision in a FIZ (5); Body provides FIZ services and supervision – the FIZ Agency (6); Management and functioning of a FIZ (7); Prohibited and restricted activities in a FIZ (8); Liquidation of a FIZ (9); and Final provision (10).
