This Resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate fishing in the Territorial Sea of Alhiwar Islands. The present Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 prohibits commercial fishing in the Territorial Sea of Alhiwar Islands as well as it allows fishing with the use of traditional methods such as fishing tackles and cages. Article 2 contains offences and penalties
