Article 1 defines the borderlines of the tow lakes located in the zone of Alhaska as in the attached map. Article 2 prohibits all agricultural, industrial, professional and constructive activities in the aforementioned borderlines except for afforestation operations. Article 5 prohibits the following activities: construction of new habitations not indicated in the aforementioned Map; random use of pesticides and fertilizers; the establishment of industries with hazardous waste; irrigation with sewerage waters; installation of tanks for oil and combustibles and stone quarries; construction of airports and camps, etc. Full text Arabic
