Declaring the sources of Jorat Alhisan in the province of Tartoos defined as in the topographic plan as a protected zone against pollution is provided for in article 1. Constructions and industrial activities in the above-mentioned zones are prohibited (art.2). The agricultural activities are allowed on the condition that the irrigation by sewerage water and the random use of pesticides and fertilizers are to be subject to the control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land reclamation (art. 3).
