Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. The digging of new wells within 1000 metres from the boundary of drinking-water wells shall be absolutely prohibited (art. 2). Licences for digging and exploiting new wells shall be issued upon the approval of the Ministry of Irrigation. The Prefects shall take the necessary arrangements and measures to exempt well owners who settled their position, and to renew their exploitation licence (art. 5).
