Abstract This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 defines the sharing of companies, private establishments and persons operating in fishery field in incomes of Fish Wealth Research Finance Fund as the following: companies and private establishments operating in the commerce fishing shall share 1,5% of the total allowable catch; authorized companies and establishments for living aquatic resources handling and processing shall share OR (25) annually in projects with costs less than OR (1000), and with OR (50) for projects with costs from OR (1000)to up; and authorized companies, establishments and persons for the circulation and transport of living aquatic resources shall share 10% of the value of licence fees.
