Abstract This Resolution is composed of 9 articles. Article 1 bans the transport of wheat and flour between the Syrian governorates, only by official transfer documents issued by the General Organization for Cereals Trade and Processing. Article 2 bans the transport of all types of flour (zero, pullet, semolina ... etc.) between the Syrian governorates, only by transport licences issued by the competent Internal Trade Directorate. Articles 4 and 5 impose on cooperatives and the public sector to deliver the complete wheat production to centers of the General Organization for Cereals Trade and Processing. Article 6 requires the sequestration of wheat transported in contrary to this Resolution and delivery it to the General Organization for Cereals Trade and Processing.
