This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution aims at regulating the removal and transportation of cotton blossoms among villages. The present Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 prohibits the removal or transport of cotton blossoms among villages without a previous authorization issued by the Agriculture Departments in the provinces by specifying the kind, weight, cotton ginnery and the producer village. Article 2 specifies the measures and steps to be taken in case of transgression or violation in accordance with Article 100 of the Agriculture Act.
