Abstract

This Resolution provides for the general rules for the production of grape-based alcoholic beverages and spirits, and the list of permitted processes, materials, and substances. It consists of ten articles: General provisions (1); Purpose, scope of application and regulated object (2); Terms (3); General requirements on the regulated object (4); General rules for the production of alcoholic beverages (5); Requirements on labelling, presentation, placing on market and official name use of alcoholic beverages (6); Special requirements (7); Requirements on the wine company (8); Conformity control (9); and Permitted processes, materials and substances for the production of alcoholic beverages and spirits (10).
