Abstract This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Prohibition of circulation, exhibition and sale of unpacked foodstuffs such as macaroni, vermicelli, biscuits, wafer, host and sweetmeats etc (art. 1). Packages of the aforementioned foodstuffs shall be provided with the label according to the Syrian Standardization and Metrology (art. 2). Provisions and rules of Law No. 158 of 1960 concerning fraud and deceit as well as Resolution No. 3600 of 1994 will be applied to every violation of this Resolution (arts. 3 and 4). Full text Arabic
