This Resolution enters into force on the day after of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the utilization, usufruct, exploitation and lease of aquaculture and fish-culture subject to the control of the General Authority for Fish Wealth Development. The Resolution is composed of 2 articles. Article 1 defines requirements and conditions for the utilization, usufruct, exploitation and lease of aquaculture and mariculture subject to the control of the General Authority for Fish Wealth Development which are: to put aquaculture and mariculture in public invitation of tenders; contractors shall abide by applying the technology used in aquacultures and fish-cultures; the Authority shall control and verify the respect of obligations by contractors; and, fees for the utilization, usufruct, exploitation and lease of aquaculture and mariculture shall be fixed in accordance with currently prices.
