Abstract The aims of this Resolution are to regulate the production and exportation of wine and grape juices by the establishment of sanitary and technical requirements adopted by the international organizations. The present Resolution is composed of 5 articles: (1) imposes the registration of wine products at the Ministry of Agricultural; (2) entrusts the Agricultural Industries Department to verify the compatibility with the sanitary and technical requirements adopted by the international organizations; (3) subjects the industry of wine to periodic control by keeping a register for production; (4) deals with requirements for raw materials used in production; and (5) contains general provision.
