Abstract

This Resolution approves the rules for registration, authorization of production and control of veterinary medicinal products. It consists of four chapters: General provisions and definitions (I); Registration (II); Requirements on registration of homeopathic veterinary drugs (III); Registration procedure (IV); Production and import (V); Labelling and annotation (VI); Possession, distribution and dispensing veterinary drugs (VII); Pharmacovigilance (VIII); State control and liability (IX); and General provisions (X). The document also includes Annex No. 1 – Chemical, pharmaceutical and analytical standards of veterinary drug testing, tests for safety and trace, pre-clinical and clinical trials.
