Article 1 deals with the establishment and composition of the Committee for Pesticide Registration. Article 2 defines competencies of the Committee, which are to: study applications for the registration of pesticides; verify the information provided with applications; accredit pesticide registration forms; define allowed pesticides; and, charge specialists to study the efficacy, effect and assessment of pesticides on the human health, animals and environment. Article 3 deals with the management and internal organization of the Committee. Article 4 entrusts the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture to implement this Resolution. Full text Arabic
