Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to protect the cultural and natural heritage in the zone of Addabbabiyah located in the province of Qana. This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 declares the zone of Addabbabiyah located in the province of the Qana a protected area according to Law No. 102 of 1983. Article 2 entrusts the Environment Affairs Body to carry out the competencies and tasks provided for in Law No. 102 of 1983 related to protected areas. Article 3 specifies the prohibited activities and acts in the aforementioned area, which may damage or destroy the nature and wildlife in the zone. Article 4 charges the Prefect of the province of Qana cooperating with the competent authorities to implement this Resolution.
