Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 7 articles, i.e.: ban on importation of the phytosanitary products indicated in the attached list (art. 1); importation of authorized agricultural medicines only (art. 2); pesticides must be accompanied by the following information: (name of producer, commercial and chemical name of the pesticide; objectives of use, expiry date, toxicity and poisoning levels of the pesticide (art. 3); information on the pesticide must be written in Arabic and French or English (art. 4); Resolution No. 21/ of 20 March 1990 is now abrogated (art. 5).
