Abstract

This Resolution implements the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). This Resolution aims at regulating the international trade and the preservation of wild fauna and flora, including natural ecosystems. This Convention, signed in Washington (USA) on 3 March 1973 and amended accordingly, also regulates import and export, and the introduction within the National territory of any animal and plant species. Annexes lay down model forms and requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the above mentioned activity within the State of Angola.
