Abstract This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. The Environment Affairs Apparatus at the Council of Ministers shall be the competent authority for the implementation of this Resolution (art. 1). The Apparatus may establish branches in the provinces where the protected areas are situated (art. 2). The Apparatus shall cooperate with other competent authorities in the management of the protected areas (art. 3). The Fund established according to Law No. 102 of 1983 shall be submitted to the Apparatus and shall be called the Natural Protected Fund with the objective to support the budget of the authorities in charge of carrying out the provisions of this Law, contribute in the improvement of the natural protected zones, and carry out studies and scientific research (art. 4).
