Abstract This Resolution approves the White Paper on the State of the Environment in Cape Verde. It summarizes the state of the management of natural resources, namely land, air, water and biodiversity, and the environment in Cape Verde and analyzes the way in which public sector agents, from the private sector, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and civil society, in their interaction with the environment, have been making use of these resources, under the Basic Law on the Environment, approved by Law No. 86/IV/93 of 26 June.
