Abstract The aim of this Resolution is to protect the environment and prevent from pollution. The Ministry of Environment has the authority to give the licences of environmental compliance for the establishment of bakeshops. The Resolution defines the environmental pollutants resulting from the manufacture of bread and fresh bakery. It defines also the environmental conditions required to obtain the licence such as the good management of water, waste, air pollution and noise pollution.
