This Resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. It shall be prohibited to sell Chloride Sodium for food additives except as a raw material for industrial use (art. 1). Industries producers of Chloride Sodium for industrial uses are obligated to package it into blue packages of 50 kg with a label stating that it is not suitable for food (art. 2). Industries producers of Chloride Sodium shall register the name, address and activity of the purchasers (art. 3). Producers of Chloride Sodium shall have 3 months to settle their position from the date of entry into force of this Resolution (art. 4).
