Abstract The aims of this Resolution are to define unified requirements for monitoring equipment of air pollutants emission and to create a communication net between the pollution source and the General Department. The present Resolution is composed of 11 articles and 2 Tables. Article 1 deals with terms and definitions. Articles 2 and 3 address the objectives and scope of the Resolution. Articles 4-7 specify the obligations of the authorities related to measuring emission levels and to the installation of monitoring equipment. Article 8 entrusts the General Department for Protection of Environment and Natural Life to prepare a register for each authority. Article 10 contains offences and penalties.
