Abstract This Resolution aims at laying down the hygienic and sanitary requirements and conditions in order to protect public health. The present Resolution is composed of 18 articles. Article 1 invites public activities and houses producing foodstuff to execute and respect the general and special sanitary requirements and conditions. Article 2 deals with the storage and keeping of food. Articles 3-7 make provision on kitchen walls, tables, stoves, etc. Articles 8-11 pertain to water sources, cooling, refrigerators and preparation of dairy products. Articles 12 and 13 concern with water closet and refuses. Articles 14-17 deal with fire fighting equipment, sanitary requirements for workers, and clothes.
