This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 8 articles. Provisions shall be applied to all consignments of fresh vegetables and fruits destined to internal or international trade (art. 2). Vegetables and fruits must be free from pesticides, decay and diseases and must respect Jordanian Standardization and Metrology (art. 3). Violation of the Resolution will be punished according to article 14 of Law No. 15 of 1987 (art. 8).
