Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the hours and work timetables of industries, dangerous workplaces and workplaces harmful to health in order to protect public health. This Resolution is composed of 5 articles and 1 List. Article 1 specifies the scope of this Resolution. Article 2 defines office hours and work timetables for industries, dangerous workplaces and workplaces harmful to health. Article 3 defines office hours and work timetable for the aforementioned places during Ramadan. Article 5 deals with offences and penalties. The List contains the name of industries, dangerous workplaces, workplaces harmful to health.
