Abstract The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the importation of plants and agricultural consignments. The present Resolution is composed of 9 articles. Article 1 imposes importers of plants and agricultural consignments to obtain a previous licence from the Agricultural Quarantine Unit. Article 2 deals with the licence’s validity and revocation. Article 3 lists the consignments exempt from the previous licence. Article 4 contains the list of the prohibited consignments.
