Abstract This Resolution, consisting of three Chapters, establishes the parameters, procedures and rules for applying the bonus in forestry concession contracts for federal public forests. For the purposes of this Resolution, the bonus for forest concession contracts provided for in art. 30 of Law No. 11.284 is characterized by percentage discounts levied on the price for the round wood product established in the contract, according to the limits and terms contained in the contract. In contracts that provide for differentiated prices for groups of species, the application of the bonus will occur through a percentage discount on the contracted price for each group of species.
