Abstract This Resolution, consisting of 12 articles and 1 Annex, provides for activities which cause or may cause environmental impact at local level. It establishes that the responsibility of environmental licensing of activities and projects that cause or may cause environmental impact locally is under the competence of the municipalities in the State of Rondonia. Are considered activities and enterprises that cause or may cause environmental impact at local level as stated in art. 9, section XIV, paragraph "a" of Complementary Law No. 140 of 8 December 2011, all the activities listed in the Annex.
