This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution CONAREDD+ No. 5 approves the eligibility of the States of Amazonas and Tocantins to get payments for the results of reducing emissions from deforestation in the Amazon biome, within the limit established for the State by Resolution CONAREDD+ No. 6 of 6 July 2017. The State Secretariat for the Environment of Amazonas will be responsible for the above mentioned payment collection.
