Abstract

This Resolution regulates the treatment of used lubricating oils. It consists of 19 articles defining different types of 'lubricating oils' and specifying the requirements to be satisfied in order to destroy or re-use them. It establishes procedures to be applied for refining and decontaminating such polluted used oils.
