Abstract This Resolution Conama regulates licensing for exploiting, managing and supplying electric power. It consists of 13 articles and 1 annex regulating the aforementioned sector, including hydropower generation. It also lays down competent authorities entitled for carrying out controls on this sector and requirements to be satisfied in compliance with national environmental policy, with special regard to environmental impact assessment.
