This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution, consisting of 9 articles and one Annex, provides for the exemption from environmental licensing for low polluting or low environmental impact potential activities within the Federal District (appended to the Annex). Are excluded from the list of projects/activities exempted from environmental licensing projects/activities that focus on permanent preservation areas such as: mounds (Cerrado), areas of hydromorphic soil and other legally protected areas and need to suppress vegetation of primary forest or succeeding plant formations in an advanced stage of regeneration must be obtained regular environmental licensing issued by the competent authority.
