Abstract

This Resolution, consisting of 12 articles and one Annex, provides for the exemption from environmental licensing for low polluting or low environmental impact potential activities within the Federal District (appended to the Annex). It specifies that are exempted from the environmental licensing in the Federal District, due to the low polluting potential, degrading or low environmental impact, the undertakings/activities included in the Annex of this Resolution. The undertakings and activities included in the Annex focusing on permanent preservation areas and murundus fields should request prior consultation with the environmental agency, which will report on the locational feasibility and frame the activity, if applicable, within the licensing that is more consistent with its environmental impact. Public utility activities specified in the Annex interfering with Permanent Preservation Areas, Parks, Integral Protection Conservation Units must request Environmental Authorization or Simplified Environmental Licensing to the environmental competent agency.
