It refers to any environmental matrices that subsidize reports and documents submitted to the environmental bodies and water resources in Paraná. The registration (request, renewal, inclusion or change in data) will be made by the Environmental Institute of Paraná (IAP), through the granting of the Certificate of Registration of Environmental Testing Laboratories (CCL) and equipment for environmental measurements. They are subject to the CCL: Environmental Testing Laboratories; Sampling activities; Organizations that perform environmental measurements and samplings, through the use of specific equipment. The organizations that have laboratories of environmental analysis and that do not perform tests provided for in art. 1 are exempt from the Registration of Environmental Testing Laboratories and equipment for environmental measurements.
