The Minister shall establish and maintain a register of "large raised reservoirs", i.e. a reservoir capable of holding more than 10,000 cubic metres of water above the natural level of any part of the land adjoining the reservoir. The Law also provides for re-use of abandoned reservoirs and the monitoring of reservoirs.
