Abstract

This article of the Arizona Revised Statutes concerns reservoirs and canals. More specifically, it provides for construction of canals and eminent domain; opening fence without consent of owner and damages; head gates and measuring devices required on canals and reservoirs; prohibition on canal owner to contract to carry water in excess of capacity of canal; failure of owner to clean canals and make repairs, lien for work done, release of lien and liability; and widening and extending lateral ditches.
