Entry into force notes
This Act enters into force on 8 December 2005 except for section 11 which enters into force on 6 April 2005.
Abstract

This Act provides for the creation of new national parks, conservation parks and other reserves for the conservation of flora and fauna by excising certain areas of land from State forest, timber reserves and other reserves.
