Entry into force notes
This Act enters into force on 30 November 2004 except for section 11 which enters into force on 6 April 2005.
Abstract

This Act provides for the creation of new national parks and conservation parks by excising certain areas of land from State forests and timber reserves. This for the purpose of reservoir, aqueduct, water course, water supply and catchment area.
